Christiana Deeter is an instructional designer, learning strategist and systems thinker who creates learning experiences that help people understand complex ideas and apply them in meaningful ways. Her work lives at the intersection of learning science, emerging technology and human connection, where she designs systems that turn information into insight and insight into action.

Alongside her work in education, Christiana has spent years developing corporate learning systems and communication training through CBR Strategic Communications, where she designs onboarding programs, sales enablement training, AI workflows and executive communication coaching for professional teams. This work deepened her interest in performance-driven learning as training that doesn’t just deliver content but changes how people make decisions in the workplace.

That realization led her fully into the field of instructional design, where she discovered a discipline that blends human relationships, learning theory, strategic thinking and creative design. What began as a professional interest quickly became a passion, leading her to pursue a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Educational Technology at Florida Gulf Coast University. Her work now focuses on building AI-supported learning ecosystems and technology-enhanced instructional systems that help organizations adapt and grow.

Christiana’s career also includes more than sixteen years in education. As a Science Department Head and Vertical Teaming Coordinator, she has led curriculum alignment, faculty development and interdisciplinary program design across PreK–12 environments while exploring how emerging technologies, including AI tools and data-informed learning analytics.

She frequently presents at national conferences including the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) and the AP Annual Conference, sharing practical strategies for AI-enhanced learning and Education/Corporation partnerships.

Christiana often describes her approach to learning design the same way she approaches one of her favorite hobbies: mosaic tile work. Each piece, whether a concept, technology tool or human interaction, must be placed intentionally. Individually the pieces seem small, but together they create something strong, functional and unexpectedly beautiful.

A Maine and Florida girl at heart, Christiana lives between Fort Myers and the rocky coastline of Maine, where she finds inspiration in both the energy of the Gulf and the quiet strength of granite cliffs over the Atlantic. She lives with her husband, Zachary, and their two children and enjoys mosaic art, creative design projects and building environments where curiosity, learning, and innovation can thrive.
