About Christiana

Christiana Deeter is an instructional design leader and curriculum strategist with more than sixteen years of experience transforming STEM education through innovation, alignment and purposeful technology integration. Her work centers on building scalable learning systems that empower both students and educators to think critically, design boldly and apply science in meaningful ways.

As a Science Department Head and Vertical Teaming Coordinator, Christiana has led PreK–12 curriculum alignment, faculty coaching, and interdisciplinary program development. She serves as an AP Chemistry educator and College Board AP Chemistry Reader, combining deep content expertise with systems-level thinking to elevate performance and instructional quality.

Christiana is a national presenter at conferences including the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) and the AP Annual Conference, where she leads sessions on AI-enhanced learning, research-based instructional design and technology-integrated science education. Her work bridges rigorous academic standards with emerging tools, ensuring innovation is grounded in strategy and measurable impact.

Currently completing a Master’s in Instructional Design and Educational Technology at Florida Gulf Coast University, Christiana continues to explore how digital ecosystems, artificial intelligence and performance-based learning can reshape modern classrooms and professional learning environments.

Based in Fort Myers, Florida, she lives with her husband, Zachary, and their two children. Outside the classroom, she remains deeply committed to mentorship, leadership development, and expanding opportunities for students and educators to engage in authentic research and inquiry.
